Please allow up to 14 days for order processing.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Although orders are usually processed next day, please allow up to 14 days due to material availability and life outside of PNWPA (my career in healthcare has me never knowing what time I’ll be home during the week).
Shipping times may vary depending on location, weather (ice storms, ridiculous floods, etc), and USPS delivery speed.

Refunds are handled case by case and not guaranteed one will be issued.
Replacements are offered- Free of Charge- for any orders that arrived damaged due to shipping. Proof of damage will be required for replacements or refunds.
